100% Pure Locally Produced Honey.

Available for sale at any one of my fencing clubs.

My honey comes from apiaries in Cranham, Eastcombe, Oakridge, & Ampney St. Peter, and is an artisan product produced in small batches.

My honey is harvested a number of times during the year. With each apiary and season having its own distinct flavour, due to the variable nature of the seasons and forrage available to my bees.

Cotswold Honey - Produced in Gloucestershire.

Due to the minimal filtering it may crystalise with time, to reliquify gently heat in a water bath or airing cupboard.

(40 Degrees C is the ideal temperature to recrystalise).
